Company JANKA ENGINEERING s.r.o.

The historical archive documents have shown that Mr. Jan Janka established his plumbing business in Prague in 1872. The business thrived and expanded and consequently moved over to Radotín in 1907. In 1948 JANKA Radotín was nationalized and transferred into a national enterprise and its products have been exported all over the Eastern Block.

Post-revolutionary period brought a turbulent period full of twists and turns.  By the year 1998 JANKA Radotín was taken over by American multinational holding company LENNOX. The company was taken over by new Indian owner specializing in manufactory of coils, residential and tram air conditioning units at the end of the year 2009. The new owner formed a new entity JANKA ENGINEERING s.r.o. under which JANKA continues in its production program and develops it.

JANKA has been one of the first Czech engineering companies, which won the  award Czech made, because of its quality. In 1998 received the EN ISO 9001 and Gold Medal for the best air handling unit Senator 50 at technical exhibition Aqua-therm in 2001. Development and product quality are supported by the own test-room.

Currently  JANKA ENGINEERING s.r.o.  offers complex supplies of  the industrial air handling, conditioning and cooling. We produce and supply:

• Chamber, block and compact air handling,
• Industrial coolers,
• Fans.

All these products are manufactured in various designs, which we are able to perfectly adapt to the wishes and requirements of the customer. We provide full technical support to:

• Designers working on project development,
• Realization companies,
• Customer service for all types of products,
• Support for investors in the operation of our products.

Number of completed projects demonstrate the quality of our products, complete support and certainly the reputation of Janka. I.A. Prague Castle, National Theater, SAZKA Arena, Airport Prague, BB Centrum, Nuclear Electric Power Stations Temelín and Dukovany, Automobile Factory TPCA Kolín, administrative buildings, banks, hospitals, industrial plants, retail chains and many other important buildings.
