JANKA ENGENEERING s.r.o. has a major position on the Czech market of industrial coolers. Heat exchangers are supplied in various machines and equipment more than 25 years (e.g. radiators and coolers for locomotives, diesel engines, turbo-generators and transformers).

In recent years, the demands on our products are rising. We meet the customer requirements by improving the quality of work. Our heat exchangers are working in various combinations of working medium especially water–air, steam-air, water-hydrogen.

Description of heat transfer surface:

VPL
Active surface radiator is constructed from copper (Cu) pipes and pulled-on aluminium (Al) or copper (Cu) moulded large area fins.

Wettag
Active surface is constructed from copper (Cu) or brass (Ms) pipes and pulled on cooper (Cu), brass (Ms) or steel (Fe) moulded large area fins. Fins are connected to the pipes by tin seams.

Fe/Fe
On steel (Fe) pipes are pulled steel (Fe) fins. Fins are connected to the pipes by zinc seams.

Fe/Al
On steel (Fe) pipes are pulled aluminium (Al) fins.

Fin coils with flat-oval pipes
Steel (Fe) or brass (Ms) fins are pulled-on on pipes with flat-oval cross-section. Connection between the fins and pipes is achieved by submerging in a tin bath.
