Senior Sales Manager Railway

- Communication with customers
- Processing of bids and prices calculation and follow up of offer during the offer phase
- Leading the cost estimation process
- Leading the project planning and coordinate execution after securing the contract
- With high level of autonomy lead, develop and coach the team to deliver the business plan (technical bids and offers capitalized into revenue)
- Marketing and social activities in the relevant segment
- Preparing and delivering clear performance expectations, performance reviews and development plans for the team members
- Assist in preparation of annual forecasting
- Driving continuous improvement and implementation of best practices within the functions of the group Rail team
- Resolving promptly all issues impacting customer satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements
We expect you to have:
- Client-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of HVAC products adventage
- Proven business experience in the Rail segment
- Active knowledge of English (reading, writing & speaking), professional communication
- Analytical and process oriented
- Self-starter, systematic approach, logical thinking
- Reliability, consistency, thoroughness
- Flexibility to travel within Europe
