As part of this interesting role you will:

  • Communication with customers
  • Processing of bids and prices calculation and follow up of offer during the offer phase
  • Leading the cost estimation process
  • Leading the project planning and coordinate execution after securing the contract
  • With high level of autonomy lead, develop and coach the team to deliver the business plan (technical bids and offers capitalized into revenue)
  • Marketing and social activities in the relevant segment
  • Preparing and delivering clear performance expectations, performance reviews and development plans for the team members
  • Assist in preparation of annual forecasting
  • Driving continuous improvement and implementation of best practices within the functions of the group Rail team
  • Resolving promptly all issues impacting customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring compliance with customer requirements

We expect you to have:

  • Client-oriented attitude
  • Knowledge of HVAC products adventage
  • Proven business experience in the Rail segment
  • Active knowledge of English (reading, writing & speaking), professional communication
  • Analytical and process oriented
  • Self-starter, systematic approach, logical thinking
  • Reliability, consistency, thoroughness
  • Flexibility to travel within Europe
